May I thank those of you who sent me wiring diagrams, photos, written explanation on the fitting of a 'Zofia ' type A electronic regulator for my R25

The German and English translations did not match, and there was no mention of terminal 61 being used on the 'A'  regulator or the contact plates on the Lima.

I ran a wire from 61 on 'A' regulator to 61 on Lima, and blue wire from headlamp to 61 on Lima.

Red light goes out, and the headlights come up bright.

Just have to sort the throttle slide sticking, it is an Amal 1 1/8th type 389. Start really well. Might be on the road in a couple of weeks time.

We are taking a 'wine run to Calais next week. Just make sure we came back with wine, brandy coffee & cheese, but not any visitors.
