Problem with Air Düse Sawe(R25/3)

Hello everybody!
I mount today a sawe original carburator (repaired)witch my friend buy from ebay for his bike
But ,can somebody tell me what its fabric preadjust for air Düse? K24F
Look at me....I am desperate!

Because I don't know what air nozzle means:
Needle (Düsennadel) position 1 ( the lowest position)
Gemischschraube (I think this is it...otherwise YOU have to google) 1,5 - 2 turns open
All for SAWE
Perhaps you look so desperate because you've lost your black cylinderheadpaint?

Well ,we clear the problem with carburator
They send us incomplete carburator without a lehrllaufdüse(dont know the word in engl.,i think" jet....something)
Of course we dont heave spare one,i see tomorrow myself on the phone all day calling .
Who knows maybe we heave luck,but I dont think so

Translations / Uebersetzungen

Leerlaufgemischschraube  = idle mixture (adjustment) screw
Leerlaufschraube = idle adjustment screw
Hauptdüse = main (gas) jet
Leerlaufdüse = idle (gas) jet
Nadeldüse = needle jet
Mischkammereinsatz = main jet holder
nozzle = another word for jet = Düse, e.g. main nozzle for main jet = Hauptdüse

Hi Ziggy,
so much troubbles with this SAWE Carb.
In Germany i know no guys who use this, it is very seldom.

With BING-Carbs you have a very good knowlegebase and good getting spareparts.

Oh yes I know,but my friend want to complete his bike into 100% original bike, i am just a mechanic and I am just pleases wishes!

the model R25/3 has 2 original carbs
go :  > Start > Baureihe > R25 3 > Techdata or here
You'll find the BING 1/24/41
Replace with new parts mainjet 145, needle (mounted in pos1) and needlejet 1206

Now we return a Blitz carburator back, but he heave forsure to extended chain (ketten problem),
Unfortunately,I need to open this weekend maschnine .

Get yourself a Bing carburetor ! 1/24/41 or 1/24/42 (is original ! and easier to find spares) Otherwise, try ebay. Sometimes you get lucky

ma zaboravi taj Sawe! I ja sam bio lud kupiti dva komada u djelovima, ali ma bas nigdje ne mogu naci dijelove. Trazio sam oko godinu dana ... vjeruj mi - *nema* vise dijelova niti ikakve podatke za Sawe-karburatore! Kupi si BING, to ti je jedina sanca!

Hi,

ich seh das genau so wie Karl... so ein SAWE ist nett, aber Ersatzteile gibt es nur noch vereinzelt und meistens gebraucht und ausgenudelt. Verwende lieber einen Bing-Vergaser.

Kolega je uzeo karburator za svoj motor preko ebaya u nadi da ima originalni krab, ali kada sam ga instalirao motor nije radio nikako.
U saweu mu fali dizna za ler gas mislim no35,ali niti lergas vijak nije ispravan(nedostaje brtva i oštečćen mu je konus) i plovak je čini mi se pretežak itd ,itd...
Molim te ako nekoga znaš da prodaje među članovima Binga ,javi mi ili može i na Pm.
Po tvojim ranijim postovima skužio sam da si se patio sa saweom ali sam morao pitati iz prve ruke.

@ cledera:  Attention! The croatians have a speciality called "grah" (gespr. "Grach", i.e. "Bohnen" bzw "Bohnensuppe"). So I think the "blowing wind" from Ziggy could be very dangerous
