Nachtrag:

Gute Nacht,
Rudi

Please gim'me one advise:

It wasn't too hot for biking and it wasn't wet enough for water-skiing, was it??

What was the thrill during your tour??

Knut  ;D

P.S.: At least you're back again and gave some good expressions and endurance of the monocylinders, congratulations guys!!

Moin,

Tolle Bilder!!!  :respekt:  :applaus:  :applaus:

Hello Knut.

A few words...does there really have tae be a thrill? The reason for this trip was simply that Scotland offers enough turns to make every biker happy, the landscape is at least spectacular and the people over there were a pleasure tae meet...Imagine the best soundtrack a country road can ever get (hint: brrrrrr  ;D) and that's it :juhuu:

We had a wonderful week of biking (true, some of it in Scottish mist) and have enjoyed every single minute...and we had so much fun as a group that the next tour is already drafted...

Hello Will.

Be assured...whenever we head for British soil we will make sure that you can be part of the group...no matter how many cylinders you may use to join us...the time we have spent together with you was highly enjoyable and I am definitely looking forward to meeting you again :) chances are that the next time we will see you is at the shores of lake Edersee :bike:.

Best regards, Taz

PS: BTW...what about Lottie...where you able to locate the reason behind the noise already?

PPS to all the other members here interested in roaming the North...this wasn't (and won't be) a closed group thing..whoever wants to join will be welcome...the more, the merrier!

Hi Taz,
Many thanks for your kind message. Today I have been busy fitting a new tyre to 'Lottie's' rear wheel.
I had a 50 kms run on her after I returned from Scotland and the noise went away when she warmed up.
This week I hope to show her at a Classic Bike Show. (English bikes).  ;D ;D ;D
