Help getting registered

Hello...welcome to Neujahr 2014!

I'm a member here and also on another vintage forum in the US.  One of the members there was trying to register here but is having troubles.  He contacted me because he felt he had no other way to contact the Admin here.  He says has been trying to register at http://bmw-einzylinder.de/ but under both emails he tried, he gets an error saying my IP address is identified as spam and is not able to proceed.  Or maybe he should go to http://bmw-einzylinder.de/forum.??  It's been so long since I registered I forgot the process.

Any suggestions on how to help him?  I can act as go-between until something is worked out.

Hi Kurt,
It's possible that his email address is not permitted. On another forum where I administrate, certain IP addresses are barred initially because of all the spam traffic on them. You need to contact the Admin here direct for assistance with his registration.

Thanks...I was hoping the Admin would peek in.  I think I'll hit the reply to moderator button and see where it goes.

Done.  Thanks for the help.  His name is Donovan or maybe Christopher...it's hard to tell these days...one name came via email the other via the smartphone.  I told him to mention that we had this conversation.

Rudi, based on his license plates, Donovan is located in North Carolina in the U.S. . I doubt that he was traveling in Scotland by bike last summer - but I could be wrong...

That might have been Damien? I met a rider at Hesket Newmarket VMCC meeting a few months ago who remembered speaking to the group near Newcastle Docks when you were travelling to Glenshee in 2011.

I was not in Scotland, had to be someone else. I wish I had been riding in Scotland last year. Or any year.

I have been trying to get a few friends together to ride in France, Switzerland, and Germany but no takers yet, just lots of talk.
