Hey folks,

just wondering, whether somebody from Thailand is hanging around here beside me?

Cheers,

Moin Karl,

also hier ein paar Links zu Seiten aus Thailand:

http://www.thaiscooter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=454665

Und hier werden die alten gehandelt, aber nicht nur BMW's, im Moment sind 40 THB = 1 EURO, normalerweise sind es aber so um die 48 THB pro EURO:

Oder Du kommst einfach mal nach Bangkok...

Hey Guy,

yes indeed, and one can enjoy 365 days of motor cycling weather, if one ignore the heavy rain showers during rain season. Guess the weather over there in Inglewood is spoiling as well?

Seven!

I was born in Ingelwood, Calif, but have lived in Burgkunstadt, Germany for a Looooooooooooooooooooooog time. And the weather today is sunny, but -3 cel. So its just a tad toooooo cold today. I rode in the rain in Calif, not that it rained much. But when it did, it came down. Not like monsoon you know, but still hard. In the winter of 69 or 70, we had over 40 daysof rain. It was a mess!! So whats going on there? Sun or rain?

Take care,
Guy

Hey Guy,

the rainy season will come up soon, and then it is getting wet here once a day but seriously, unhappily if you are on your bike...

Aber, wenn Du so lange in Deutschland gelebt hast, sprichst Du doch bestimmt auch noc ein bisschen deutsch, oder?

Cheers from Bangkok at continously approx 30 degres,

Sven

Seven,

Ich spricht und leist Deutsch nict schlecht. But write it badly. Sad to say, but I am deslexic, so writing English is a problem also. AND I am lazy. I should have started to learn early in life, but never thought I would stay here forever. Thats why I would rather talk to someone on the phone then try and write something in German. It just takes too long. Excuses, I know. But I am too old to change now! It was the same way with Spanish. I was not bad, (40 years ago) at reading and speaking, but just never could write. Thank god for spell check. Thats the only reason I started with computers in 1985. I could write something and run word check on it, to make it look like I was smarter then a tree stump. So if you would rather write in German, I have no problem reading it. And now to go shut all the windows in the keller. Its -4 cel. and I want to take a shower in another hour. Got to warm up the place!

Take care,

Guy

He He He

I always have to close my balcony door in order to keep the heat out and to turn on the A/C and I am enjoying a "cold" shower...

Seven,

This has nothing to do with weather, or for that matter anything we have talked about up till now. But have you heard anything about another German dying in the last week there? I know Thailand is a big country, but if its like here, any American who dies here, word gets around. We tend to stick togather. Some young guy from our town of Burgkunstadt is supposed to have moved to Thailand several years ago and just died in the last week or so. I think I knew him when he was a little kid, in boy scouts here with my kids. If so, drop me a line at guyfang@aol.com

Thanks,

Guy
