I have been asked about the tool box lock and steering lock for an R24. Never actually seen one, none were imported into the UK 1949 -50
Presume the tool box has the same as the R25, key with square end to fit the screw, and steering, a metal rod attached to the lock that fits into the steering top plate ?
First question: yes
second question: no, R24 is locked by a simple U-lock as shown in the "Betriebshandbuch" page 25.
