It stands 553.33m (1,815 ft., 5 inches).
It is Canada's National Tower,
the World's Tallest building and free standing structure,
an important telecommunications hub,
and the center of tourism in Toronto.

That looks like two structures, but not free standing.
Unfortunatly I never saw that view when I was in Toronto
