Hello

Hope to get some help.
I am repairing a BMW R25/3 from 1956.
I want to take of the "Getriebeflansch" . Anyone know if it is just to pull hard. It is very stock.

i'm not sure what you mean exactly.

For the flange on the Gearbox look here:

You have to pull very, very hard! Therefor the flange must be reinforced as the pictures show. Otherwise it will distort.

For the flange on the driveshaft:
You need a hydraulic press, it is pressed on with 8 tons! There ist no other way.. :-\\.
Before dismantling measure your driveshaft length. So you can press on the flange to exact that length again (there is no stop on the shaft).
