 I have a sound "klonk klonk klonk" at idle from the back of the sprocket. I changed the chain and tensioner and bearing in the camshaft last year, so I guess I have to disassemble it again to see if anything is wrong. I have a reasonably proffesional listening apparatus, and have no doubt that the sound comes from there.
Anyone have a good idea why the noise.

Maybe the position of the sprocket on the camshaft or the bearing(s) of the camshaft.
"to disassemble it again" is a good idea.

Do you have a soundfile?

The usual ' listening device' is a large screwdriver.

The 'flat' end on where ever, the handle next to  your ear

Those of a nervous disposition, ' Do Not' attempt this or at your 'own risk'

The 'screams' of 'let me out' from internal parts !!!

Truly amazing

Then I got the engine disassembled
As can be seen, the vent has been stuck and has torn the contact surface in the comb cover.
At the same time, my new chain was tight not so tight anymore, only 2 years old. Now I look forward to hearing if it has helped.
Noticed that when I had the chain off I could hear a faint clap clap clap from the cam shaft when I turned one around, but the cam followers must also say a little noise when the push rods are not mounted

New chain + tensioner + piston + bore cylinder

I believe I hear the chain in the video from 25.08.2018.
However: You need a new chain and an new Tensioner.

Hej Peder,
check the contact-surfaces of the tappets / cam-followers and the camshaft lobes.
Also check sideplay of tappets in their guides. Too much play there is a common cause for noise.
If you have already disassembled the camshaft, I urgently recommend to renew the camshaft bearings.
These are standard-bearings, available everywhere and not expensive.
If your current cam-bearings are worn or badly damaged, this could be the reason for noise and also for the damaged vent-seat-surface,
as well as for the short life of your new old chain. Also check the cam-bearing seats for wear, it may be for the worst case,
that damaged bearings seized and rotated completely (with outer ring) in the seats and also damaged the surfaces, as seen on your vent-seat.
After all I'd investigate for the root-cause of damaged bearings and vent-seat-surface.
-> Oil-supply OK ?

#23
Found out that the sprocket were not locatet in the rigt place on the camshaft. This made the scorce surface on the cover, as the breather did not move freely.
Camshaft OK bearings brand new and cam follower is new so is the Hulse
Chain is ok but a lot of slack, as the tensioner were not as hard enough to make the chain in tension on the underside. This make sense as the noise were worst in ideling.

Oil, i did suffer for a wet head gasket, especialy at the return side at the pushrods. This make sense as the breather has not been working ok, so no vacum/under pressure on return flow of the oil. As shown at the old picture the sproket does not allign.

Any one has the messurement on were the sproket is locatet at the camshaft

location of the sprocket;
as described in the reparations guide (Werkstatthandbuch....you own one?): the sprocket/chain is on line with the other sprocket

Rolf once again you were right. Toke the camshaft out warm it up to 180 degress, in the lay and pop it went.
Spocket is now in place and the spocket on the "kurbelwell" and camshaft is aligned.

I belive new chain and chain tensioner and all my "noice" problems are gone.
