Getting around to fixing my R2 and I never really noticed the fork lock. It looks like the same profile as a R25/2, tried using that style lock and it would not fit. I am thinking it is early Nieman lock. Does anyone have any drawings or documents on this type? Thanks!

is the steering lock of the 25/2 too long?
I found out it was the rubber frame/fork stops. They were so aged that I could not turn the forks all the way to insert the lock. ???
