Dave

I'm looking for detailed photo's of an original tool kit and contents for the R25. I've begun to get this sort of thing together for my bike and would like to at least see what the originals are supposed to look like.

Do you ever see the original yellow puncture repair kits?

Thanks in advance, Dave.

For reference, and original handbook for the R25/3, 1952 dated I picked up. I assume this size of handbook fitted neatly into the toolbox for the /2, does it go in your pocket for the /3? :)

Rütz, thanks, that site is where I found the good pictures of the patch repair kits.

I found the picture below somewhere on the 'net and I suspect an original kit will look like this...fabric roll, Hazet spanners (possibly marked "BMW")?

Rütz

For myself, i have not seen an absolute orginal toolkit in real.

I would suspect the letters on the fabric to be the wrong fond.
To my info the BMW- letters were "serif" until ~1961/62 an than changed to "sans serif".

Thanks!

I wonder if the spigots on the "Hakenschlüssel für überwerfmutter" are for the bearing nut (see item 74 below)?
