Spark plug for R26

Hello all. It's time to replace the plug in my R26. According to the spec sheet on BM Bikes, the Bosch W 240 T1 is the correct plug. Does anyone know whether I should be using the 1/2" or 3/4" reach? The bike currently has a 1/2" reach but this was installed many years ago by someone else. Also, what is a good replacement plug for this application in say, NGK?

Hi Kevin,
have a look at this - will probably bring light into the darkness   



whereas "T1" already indicates 1/2" thread length <-> "reach" ?

I'm running the NGK B8HS, which seem to be doing the job quite well, if not very long.
